I hope that you are delighted with your chosen jewellery, but if not, your purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please email email@example.com before you return any items quoting your name, address, item name and the reason for the return.
Goods purchased online must be unworn and returned in perfect condition in their original packaging in order for a refund to be processed. If you return an item, it is highly recommended for your own safety to use the same delivery option that was used originally. aelita jewellery cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The customer's refund will be credited to the original purchaser's card and may take up to 7 working days for the money to be refunded back to your account. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
